We managed 6! Not forgetting one of us doing their own hike in another county!
We couldn't see much and the weather was coming at us sideways! Such a great day and so much fun! Can't wait for the next one!

A little about why.....

FIRST of all, thank you for visiting our blog! We will be keeping you updated with plenty of photos and posts throughout our training and during our trek so please keep checking back to follow us on our journey!! 
Secondly we would like to share with you the reasons behind us doing this AMAZING challenge!  
It is every mothers goal to raise a healthy and happy child. Even in the face of great hardship every child deserves this ... the chance to be happy, if even for just a moment. We are a group of mothers raising money to help do just that. Our goal is to raise enough money to assist our chosen charity "Scotty's Little Soldiers" in purchasing a holiday home for the bereaved family's of our fallen heroes. This climb is meant to represent the strength of mothers, wives, and friends enduring together, and to remind us all that we stand beside our extended "military family" and want to support them and help if even a little.
